Everybody at Holden Colony is involved in customer service Not only are we 'feeling out' the customer but we're also getting a feeling for what's not working. That's the key - listening to make sure that we understand our customers. When a customer has a complaint, we obviously can't change the past, but we will deal with the problem. I am extremely happy with the two buildings you've built for me, and the delivery, well it was not an easy site to get into but Eli and Jamie are professionals and very good-natured they took it all in stride and got the job done. Start to finish it was the most enjoyable purchase I've ever made. Thank-you.
